I recommend Bob Ludwig and Sally Nelson in the strongest possible terms. They respond promptly to emails and phone calls. They take care of business. They show up on time for appointments. And I feel I can rely on both for honest and very competent advice. I have used them twice as a buyer's agent. I could not be happier. I will definitely want to use them again if I have any real estate transactions that need to be done.
It cannot be overstated how unsupported we felt throughout the bulk of this process. This was my first experience selling a house and it was absolutely terrible. Sally seems to treat this as a hobby. Maybe because, “no offense, I’ve sold houses worth more than yours”. Even down to the closing, this experience was riddled with clerical errors, mis and lack of communication and never once did she or her title person apologize for the litany of mistakes. Instead, she actually attempted to keep more than our agreed commission, and I was treated as “difficult” for asking earnest questions and not just blindly complying with every signature request. She also managed to piss off the buying agent so that I and the buyer (whom I found without going to market), wound up circumventing our agents most of the time and just communicating directly. I am appalled by this experience and regret my choice of representation. I will be unlikely to use RN in the future.
Sally Nelson (and Bob Ludwig) did a wonderful job for me selling my home making the entire process less stressful. My house sold in 48 hours and closed in 30 days. They are highly recommended!
