Rudy did an excellent job starting with our first meeting to discuss the property sale. He listened to what was important to me as a seller and my expectations. His approach of patience, good communication and friendliness never changed from start to close. We knew it was not going to be an easy market as coop properties are different than a typical condo sale and the market was slow. But Rudy made every effort to keep the property visible and very marketable: excellent pictures of the property, open houses most weekends, good relationships with the coop board and members and more. He was ready and did go the extra mile by getting keys made and providing access to property. If there were any concerns expressed by other coop members, he responded quickly and got issues resolved. It takes a team effort to sell a property: seller, agents, inspectors, neighbors, vendors, etc. I enjoyed working with Rudy and he was a great team player keeping everyone focused on the objective of marketing and selling the property. We met Rudy while attending an open house where he was supporting a colleague showing the house. From the very first interaction, we were impressed with Rudy- he&#39;s professional, friendly, very responsive, and did a great job of educating us on the process.
