Richard was referred to us and we could not be happier about that. He was professional yet personable, and made the process of selling the home we loved bearable. Richard explained the entire process of marketing our home and the importance of internet exposure. He came armed with plenty of research so that we could agree on an asking price. The color brochures that he produced showed our home at it's best. Richard listed our home on Thursday and by that Sunday we had 30 showings and 3 written offers. While we accepted one, the buyer financing fell through. We were devastated but Richard just jumped back into action, immediately putting our home back on the market. He held an open house that Sunday, Easter, and had so many visitors that he could barely keep track. By the end of the day we had 4 written offers. He carefully walked us through each one so that we made the most informed decision. The settlement went on without a hitch and he even arranged things so we did not have to attend since we had already moved to another state. Richard went above and beyond what the job description must say. He kept his cool each time we lost ours, and he never hesitated to repeat something or explain something that we did not understand or simply forgot. Richard was a pleasure to work with and he really got the job done.
