Nicole was incredible! My husband and I are not typical East Bay buyers. Our loan was a VA loan. After 5 passed over offers, she never wavered, instead she rose to the challenge and came up with a great plan tailored to our situation and BOOM! It worked! We closed on our East Bay home with a VA loan last month! Nicole pulled together a great team, Deidre Joyner(her knowledgeable business partner) and Faramarz Moeen-Ziai(awsome Mortgage professional). Together they worked diligently to make this stressful process stress free. I can go on and on about how wonderful it was to work with Nicole Paez. She really worked hard and looked out for us. Because of her plan, we are in our home today. Our family will never forget what her and her team did for us. I highly recommend Nicole at Red Oak Realty.
