Nick Capella is the kind of agent who holds your hand through the entire buying and selling process. He is the finest realtor that we have ever dealt with. Besides the fact that he is a terrific agent, he is also a fine human being and a mensch. We actually feel like Nick has become a friend for life. Our only regret is that you did not allow us to rate him higher than 5 stars.....Oh BTW, did I mention that Nick is a mensch??!!!??
Nicholas was the listing agent for the property I purchased. since I was not working with a realtor he handled the transaction. I felt he worked fairly between me and the seller to bring the transaction to a close. Since I offered a little more than I initially wanted to spend, I asked Nick to discuss getting some of the furniture with the purchase. Nick was able to get this done.

Nick was incredibly communicative before, during, and even after the closing process. Nick went the extra mile to make sure all steps went smoothly even when there were tight deadlines. This was my first time buying a home and with his help I felt comfortable and informed. I would be glad to have Nick as my realtor again in the future and quick to recommend him to others.
