Overall, Seth was fine and did the job well. I think me and my wife had gotten used to Phil's level of communication and attention to detail and assumed Seth would have same level. Seth responded when we needed and ultimately the house closed with minimal hiccups. But when you're selling your primary asset, you typically want over the top levels of service. It often felt like we were just another deal to close. It was telling that after the closing, we got no call or text to make sure everything was good on our end and officially close out our contract with Real Max.
Seth is the ultimate realtor. He gives amazing service and comes fully prepared and knowledgeable to both selling and buying. He is personable and communicates well and one feels very comfortable with him guiding you in every step of the way. He listens well and is fantastic at marketing. Totally reliable and on top of everything. One is lucky to have him as your realtor.
