Sale of Home Misti was wonderful with the sale of our house. She had an Open House on the 3rd day after listing, and it was a huge success. We had around 40 people to show up. We had multiple offers, signed a contract, and started the process of dealing with the purchase of our new home. Purchase of New Home The builder set a closing date for our new home and was not able to meet the requirements necessary to close on that day. The builder wanted to reschedule it for 7 days later. Misti took charge of the closing schedule and was able to get it done the following day. She was very instrumental in making everything flow smoothly and close in a timely manner. If I could- I would have given her a 10 star rating ! She was amazing- very hard working, sincere, professional yet with a very warm personal touch! Day or night , weekdays or weekends, she was always available to answer my queries, solve my problems! It seemed to me that almost always- she knew, in advance , what needed to be done. Always with a smile! Communication was always excellent . Even after she sold the house- she was very helpful to sort out some post sale issues - which were absolutely not her responsibility! Overall - we felt lucky that we had her !
Incredibly professional, detailed oriented and very focused on getting the answers we needed in a timely fashion. Misti also used her extensive network of contacts (electrician, plumber, etc) to help us address issues that needed to be addressed to affect a quick turn around for closing. Knew the area well, the comps and advised on pricing that got us what we wanted, but did not negatively impact offers. Strongly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.
