I could not imagine a better realtor than Misti! She diligently worked with us for over a year in a really tough market for first time homebuyers! She would do anything to make a deal work for us and have the best offer we could have on the table. There was so few inventory and battling against investors because tiring but nonetheless Misti was always there (at literally any time of day) to answer questions, get a showing in, or write up an offer. She was also so sweet and understanding of our 4 young kids running around countless houses and our family’s needs. I cannot recommend her enough! She is diligent, efficient, knowledgeable, and fierce when it comes to her clients! It doesn’t get better than Misti Bailey!
