Lisa was so prepared and understood the surrounding market, other listings in the area, and provided valuable insight and recommendations about how to properly prepare our property before its entrance into the market. She identified potential problems and more importantly provided realistic ways to remedy them. When it came to showing the property, she brought fresh marketing ideas that cultivated immediate results. We had an above ask offer in less than 24 hours. She advised us to wait the weekend to allow for additional offers and again she knew what to expect. We had six offers to compare and decide on. I can’t recommend Lisa enough to anyone who is ready to buy or sell.
