If we asked about a property, she would go over there by end of the day and send us a video with commentary and we did not even ask her to do that. Given her experience, she has many, many contacts in Key West for a variety of services, from insurance to handyman to contractors. On the day of settlement we needed a cable wire cut clear that came down in a storm. Leigh Ann immediately jumped on it and had someone cut the wire clear asap. Leigh Ann was also on top of the inspection. She thoroughly read the report and knew what items had to be addressed before settlement. Again, we did not even ask her to do that but it really helped. I would also add that the office is supportive as well. Whenever Leigh Ann was not available for some reason, and that was rare, she would have a colleague pinch hit and Dawn and Zainya were terrific filling in.
