Ginger spent a lot of time setting up many appointments while we were in town for a couple of short windows of time. We spent some long days looking at multiple houses. She pointed out pros and cons of each location so that we could make an informed decision on which house/area we wanted to live in.
When our first offer was not successful, Ginger helped us look at additional homes. When we made our decision, Ginger handled the offer and counteroffers. She helped us select a great inspector, introduced us to the closing attorney and helped with wiring instructions. She handled phone calls to and from the seller's realtor to get the information we needed.
Everything was handled smoothly and in less than a month, we closed on our brand new home.
Ginger was very helpful after the closing as well, getting all of the phone numbers we
would need to get utilities, yard maintenance, pool cleaning, etc., set up. She also introduced us to a great property manager who will handle the rentals for the property moving forward.
All in all, it has been a great home buying experience. Ginger is awesome!
