We were also dealing with Laura on the selling side. Since that experience went well, it made sense for us to consider her on the buying side. The only issue for us was how familiar she was with the area we were hoping to buy into. Laura was equally great on the buying side. She made herself available for open houses or made arrangements for us to view homes that we were interested in. When we found a home we were interested in, she proved to be a great partner in negotiating a price that was ultimately fair for all sides. Laura was totally engaged and she made sure the agents on the selling side were as engaged as well.

Laura Sterling worked out a selling plan with us and not only delivered her tasks, she made sure we held true to our deliverables. When she sensed we were either struggling or unsure, she provided encouragement and support and stayed in communication either through text, phone call or in person visits. We never felt that Laura Sterling was only focused on the transaction. She was more of an enabler and coach. Her actions were always in our best interest. It was very easy to build a relationship with her and for her to earn our trust. Her communication skills, service oriented nature and level of engagement matched our needs from an agent.

Laura went above and beyond what was required to ensure that the transaction was completed quickly and efficiently. Laura couldn't do enought to help me. As a new arrival in Canada, i really had no clue about anything, from obtaining a garbage bin to setting up my power and internet. Laura even made time to call the power people for me, and sent me links to the relevant service prviders. Really quite exceptional service. When i want to buy a house, i will be looking for Laura to facilitate that process for me.
