We were also dealing with Laura on the selling side. Since that experience went well, it made sense for us to consider her on the buying side. The only issue for us was how familiar she was with the area we were hoping to buy into. Laura was equally great on the buying side. She made herself available for open houses or made arrangements for us to view homes that we were interested in. When we found a home we were interested in, she proved to be a great partner in negotiating a price that was ultimately fair for all sides. Laura was totally engaged and she made sure the agents on the selling side were as engaged as well.
