It took a long time and many showings to find our perfect home, but she did! We couldn't be happier. The Kyle Hannegan Group is simply the best! As a repeat customer on our now second home, Kyle went above and beyond in guiding us the through the process of closing on our house in the exact location we wanted all the while dealing with a highly competitive process. Unbelievably, we have only looked at 2 houses during our home owning journey and we closed on both of them. In 2017, we had another house with (15) competing offers within the first 24 hours of the house hitting the market…this time was no different with (3) offers in the first 12 hours of the house being live. Kyle worked with the other agents to make sure we had the best opportunity to make an offer that would solidify the deal and ultimately close on our house. His entire team, chips in and makes the complex process of obtaining a home easy! The chefs kiss to Kyle and his team is their in-house moving van!
