We had the pleasure of having Candi McClanahan as our real estate agent. She worked so hard for us to help find our dream home. We will be using Candi in the future and will gladly recommend her to anyone.

It was very friendly and great service.

Timely, patient and professional service. My questions were, more often than not were anticipated and answered before I even knew to ask. There were no unpleasant surprises.

Lisa goes above and beyond in every aspect of the sale. Her professional, dedication and attention to detail is exemplary. We cannot thank her enough for all she did to close the deal. Thank you

Christina Jones 4 months ago Recommended Angela is amazing from step one to the finish line. As an out-of-state investor, I truly appreciated how seamlessly she handled every detail throughout the process. We only needed one open house because the home was under contract that same day! Her organization, attention to detail, follow-up, and customer service are unmatched. Beyond that, she is incredibly genuine, thoughtful, and compassionate — the kind of person who makes you feel completely taken care of and confident every step of the way. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

It was a wonderful and pleasant experience working with Anthony. He was very helpful, thorough, and flexible in accommodating our needs. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated agent to help them find their dream home!

Michael was an absolutely great realtor. He looked out for me since day 1. This was my first home purchase so I was clueless about the process. After viewing a few homes and keeping in contact I eventually got comfortable with the situation, with his help. Caitlin in the office was amazing with emails, texts and calls about the process as well. To the point if she emailed me she would also text me to make sure I got it. All in all this was an amazing experience. I couldn’t ask for better people to have in my corner. I highly highly recommend this company. I’m sure anyone there would be just as intelligent and great as who I worked with.

This was my first home purchase. I was pretty clueless. Michael was an amazing realtor and after viewing a few homes educated me and got me comfortable with the whole process. He actually had my back and said no to a couple things. I got to trust him to where I said, “Hey I know you got me, do what you think we should”. Caitlyn in the office was amazing with texts, phone calls and emails. They are great at communicating which in today’s world is rare. I couldn’t have asked for better people in my corner. I’m sure anyone at Berkshire is just as intelligent and knowledgeable as who I worked with. I highly recommend anyone who’s a first time home buyer use this company.
