I have a problem: giving Kimberly a 5* review is impossible!! She rates at least 10*. So knowledgable about real estate, especially Seattle. We met two years ago & finally found my perfect tree house this past June, she hung in there & so did I. She's also been a great resource for services & referrals too as I do some fixin' on this 1910 vintage gem. Did I mention that Kimberly is just plain nice & funny & a pleasure to do bz with? Yup the whole package.

I really enjoyed working with Kim. She's a ray of sunshine and clearly knows the Queen Anne neighborhood very well. I appreciated how proactive she was. While other agents would ask me if I wanted to see houses that weekend, Kim would send me specific listings and ask if I wanted to see them, which made it very easy for me to say yes/no. She was clear about the pros and cons of a house. I want an agent that keeps it real and I felt like she did that for me. Kim is also very responsive.
