I really enjoyed working with Kim. She's a ray of sunshine and clearly knows the Queen Anne neighborhood very well. I appreciated how proactive she was. While other agents would ask me if I wanted to see houses that weekend, Kim would send me specific listings and ask if I wanted to see them, which made it very easy for me to say yes/no. She was clear about the pros and cons of a house. I want an agent that keeps it real and I felt like she did that for me. Kim is also very responsive. I move fast, and she moved just as fast if not faster. There were a few other offers on our home but she made sure ours won and we could not be happier. Thank you, Kim!
