My wife and I decided to use Kim as our realtor to buy and sell our home after multiple less than stellar experiences with others. One of the first things she did was ask us to describe exactly what we were looking for, something to our continued surprise, no other agent had ever bothered to ask. Kim was always extremely patient, thorough and honest to work with as we navigated the buy and selling process, the latter of which was completely new to us.  To add to an already stressful process, it would end up that we would be completing the process right as COVID-19 lockdowns were going into full swing, putting our closing date into jeopardy.  Kim followed up with all parties on a daily basis to ensure everything would happen on time and allow us much needed breathing room to focus on moving.  Kim was the person we wanted on our side when things were difficult and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
