Kim James obviously loves her job, and it is apparent that she loves her job because she loves helping people find the home of their dreams. She exudes joy in every interaction, and has great experience and knowledge. She was able to calm, support, encourage and educate us throughout the process of home shopping. We had found our forever home...until life took a turn and we moved across the country! The most stressful experience is selling a house from 19 hours away where you have to put complete trust in someone else with your home that has so many emotional ties to it. She is very communicative and works extremely well with other agents on the opposite side of the transaction.
