We had found our forever home...until life took a turn and we moved across the country! The most stressful experience is selling a house from 19 hours away where you have to put complete trust in someone else with your home that has so many emotional ties to it. We are so grateful we put that trust in Kim James as she was the calm in all our stresses of the journey and did whatever it took to get us the best deal during a difficult change in the market including weekend after weekend of open houses, staging the house to bring out the best elements, non stop networking and being proactive at every turn!
