One home we liked had undisclosed termite damage that he found, which saved us from making an offer and paying for an inspection. Kes has bought or sold 5 houses for me when the market was horrible and when it was great. Everytime the process has been smooth without issues. He aways goes above and beyond and will point out any issues with potential properties. Has gone into many attics for me and he checks the bones and the bells and whistles.
