Kes was awesome - he was able to provide several vetted professionals for whatever we needed- from probate attorneys to moving and packing companies, to lawn care specialists. This was vital as we had to settle our father’s estate from , literally, across the country. We can’t imagine having to have done this without Kes’ expertise. Start to finish, the process of going through probate to hanging a ‘sold’ sign on the house took just over a year, and Kes was there the whole time, helping us work through everything that popped up. He went above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent multiple times - highly recommend!
