Kerri decided to enter the industry after 15 years as an private investor of various types of real estate, including timeshares, rentals, rehabs, vacant land, and single family homes. She also enjoys home design and decor and wanted to combine her love of real estate with her creative talents, resulting in a real estate career with a specialty in home staging. Kerri previously worked for many years in the healthcare industry as a physical therapist, rehabilitation director and information systems director for a Fortune 500 healthcare company. Kerri has been intimately involved in the Barrington schools and community, having served as PTO president at both Nayatt and Hampden Meadows. She served for several years as co-chair of the Barrington Business Association, fundraising chair and vestry member at St. John's Church and an original board member for Arts Alive!. She now serves on the Bristol Elks house committee and is a contributor to the Bristol Veterans Home. Kerri also serves as President of her HOA in North Carolina where she enjoys time with her twin daughters. Kerri and her husband have been married and living in the East Bay for 27 years along with their daughters and 16 year old pup Penelope. Kerri got my house sold in the middle of winter, which was impressive to say the least! She went above and beyond what I would ever have expected from an agent. He staging abilities took the pressure off of me as to worrying about how my house looked (and sped up the packing process as she is a de-cluttering genious! - AND packed it away for me!) My family and I recently relocated from CA. Kerri helped us with both finding a rental and also buying a home of our own. We worked with Kerri on our recent home search in the East Bay & southern MA area, for about a year. Our process took some twists & turns but Kerri was patient and didn't give up on us. We looked at many homes but couldn't find the right house for us. It was stressful and disappointing at times but Kerri kept our hopes up without being pushy or negative in any way. In the end, we decided to build. When we decided to build we were clueless but Kerri hooked us up with a well established & experienced builder that took us in the right direction. This was a game changer. She was always available when we needed her, whether it was setting up a viewing, calling the bank, meeting or talking with the builder, etc. I still have a property to sell and look forward to working with Kerri again to sell my property. She is very cheery & pleasant to work with.
Kerri was our realtor on a recent purchase in North Kingstown, RI. Our purchase involved a 203K loan on an estate property. Needless to say the process was difficult for us, the sellers, the seller attorney's, the bank, the realtors (including Kerri) and the 203k contractor. We can honestly say that without Kerri, we would not have been able to get through the process. She was with us every step of the way.
