Katie and Chuck were great to work with. They were excellent at communicating and updating me on the results from open houses and other viewings. When there was a question by a potential buyer regarding if a fence was allowed by the HOA, they worked tirelessly to obtain the information in a timely manner. Right after I had listed my home for sale, I had to move so Katie and Chuck managed the maintenance of my property and pool. Extremely Patient, Knowledgeable and Caring. Katie made herself available for us to see properties on Sundays which is my husband’s only day off.
