Remote selling made easy. Andrea and Chuck shouldered the heavy lifting in selling my house while I remained in my primary home in Atlanta. Through their teamwork approach with consistent check-ins, this agent team brought peace of mind through status updates and being at the house when needed. They kept me informed of market conditions and suggested selling strategies which aligned with my goals. After three weeks from listing the property, I had a contract from a buyer who proposed an aggressive closing timeline. With Andrea's and Chuck's support and in spite of having to address a few items which materialized from the buyer's inspection of the home, we closed on time. Andrea and Chuck have perfected their team approach to help sellers while creating a win-win-win scenario for all stakeholders. Together and with the vast resources of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, the process was easy in spite of not being able to monitor progress onsite. I am grateful I found this agent partnership.
