We used Kara for almost two years looking for the right location near family, the specific design of a home, and within our price range. She only presented homes within our specifications. Kara always gave solid advice in every aspect of the buying process. Her professional was greatly appreciated.
We would highly recommend Kara Kaswell at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties.
Kara is great. She sold my house give years ago in St Louis and did a great job. I moved to Texas. When my son wanted to move back to St Louis, Kara was the one I called. She found my son via long distance a house and we just closed on it sight unseen June 13th. She checked out the houses I was interested in and found me a good one. She went above and beyond even though this house was not a high end house. I would recommend Kara to anyone who is buying or selling.
