We cannot recommend Kalyn enough! As first time home buyers we were very new to the process and she was beyond knowledge and helped us so much throughout everything. She was calming, patient and kind and took time to answer our (endless) questions promptly. Her drive, humor and confidence in the area were the perfect combination to make everything feel like smooth sailing. If you need a dedicated, honest agent she is the one!!!

Kalyn was absolutely incredible during our buying/selling experience. She helped us not only find a home in our dream location, she helped educate us to ensure we made a winning bid in a very competitive market. On top of that, she knew the market so well that she helped us maximize the value of the home we were selling. My husband and I were blown away how quick she was able to get us multiple offers! If you are ever thinking about buying or selling, do yourself a favor and reach out to Kalyn. She is extremely professional and wants to help you learn how to navigate the buying/selling process.

I cannot recommend Kayln enough! This was the first time my wife and I went through the buying/selling process at the same time. Kayln’s knowledge and expertise allowed us to make a competitive/winning bid on a property in our dream location. She also helped us maximize the value of our current home and we were blown away with how quick she got our property from listing to close. She is a true professional and is the only person I am going to use moving forward with any of our home needs.

Kalyn is the best! She was so patient with our us as we looked at tons of houses before finally making a decision. She stayed with us every step of the way. Now we’re in our new home and Kalyn is listing our old house today! Fingers crossed she sells it quickly 🤞 💜 Love her 💜

I am living out of state and worked with Kalyn on a home purchase. I was worried about not being there in person for all of the buying process but Kalyn made all of my worries go away with her very attentive work on my purchase. She emailed and texted with me almost daily during the process and was always prompt with her replies when I had a question or concern. She is amazing and I will use her services again I am positive

Kalyn is an outstanding realtor who will provide you excellent customer service and prompt responses to inquiries. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a house!

Kalyn’s perseverance and negotiating skills got us a fair price for the home we bought. I highly recommend you give her a call next time you’re looking for a realtor!

We had such a wonderful experience with Kalyn! We were not only first time home buyers, but we were also doing an international move during one of the craziest times of the housing market. Kalyn helped us find the perfect home and was very knowledgeable about everything! She by far exceeded our expectations as first time home buyers. Would 15/10 recommend Kalyn if your looking to buy/sell!

I would highly recommend Kayln Lucas she has been so helpful throughout our home buying experience. We bought a farm in Piqua and her knowledge was so helpful. We could not have done this without her. She stayed on top of everything and super sweet to work with.
