David was very helpful throughout the process. He started with ideas on how to make the home more appealing to buyers while we were still living in it. He elicited information which we were happy to provide about major maintenance items like a recent complete exterior paint job, and upgrades - all of which were positives for the value of the house. He did a great deal to understand our neighborhood and values which helped to generate good offers and to support the offer of the highest bidder to the appraiser. He was always available for questions, etc. and always went "above and beyond." Highly recommend.

Jas was a pleasure to work with. As the listing agent, she was responsive and kept communication clear throughout the transaction, which made a real difference for my buyers and me.We’re grateful she was on the other side of this deal. Thank you, Jas, for everything you did to help us reach the closing table. I hope we have the opportunity to work together again soon!Feruza FuzalovaEXP Realty

Loved working with Erin! She has an incredible eye for detail, never missed a potential concern, and was always one step ahead. But what made her stand out was that she balanced all of that expertise with an energy that made the whole process genuinely enjoyable. She was in our corner every step of the way and we could not recommend her more highly.

David was a great agent! He was knowledgeable in all aspects of the process, kept me informed and answered questions quickly and professionally. He treated me with kindness and understanding and was always looking out for my interests! Highly recommend him!

Wow, what can we say about David. This is the first time in over 20 years that we have experienced the real estate market. David came to us prepared with information related to the market and great advice. I was afraid we would need to make all kinds of changes and remove our pets and anything pet related from the house. While we did remove some items for the photos, David stressed that we do in fact live in our house. We couldn't be happier with his common sense approach to the entire process. He also has a great library of professionals for any needed repairs, etc. He listed and sold our home in approximately 48 hours. If we were staying in the area David would be our first choice to assist with a sale or purchase.

Kim Tim is an absolutely phenomenal team and will make your experience of buying or selling as easily as possible. I have used them for the past 10 years buying and selling 3 homes. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great realtor team!!

I appreciated that Chris walked us through the process and answered questions as they arose. Selling a house can be a scary process but Chris gave feedback from the start and guided us about best options/startegies, preparing the house for sale, through the pictures and video of the house and then when the house was on the market. We had two offers in 3 days and he helped us with accepting an offer and a back up offer. We were so thankful that we didn’t have to put the house back on the market! With Chris’s help the final negotiations and closing went smoothly! I used Chris in the past and will use him in the future and highly recommend his services to friends and family!

Joey was great. Easy to work with, communicative, always felt he had our best interest .

Amanda has been a stellar partner and guide helping me navigate the home buying experience. Her knowledge, experience and foresight has been key through this complicated process and I don't know if I'll ever be able to express how grateful I am to have had her help through all of this. Thank you Amanda!

Joey was incredible to work with. He answered all of my questions, and most importantly made sure that I was reassured and comfortable throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgable. He made an extremely stressful process that I knew nothing about feel like a walk in the park. I highly recommend him!
