Judy did an excellent job helping us through the process of getting our house ready for sale and recommending contractors for various projects. The house needed some work and Judy was there helping us every step of the way. A great attribute of Judy was she was always very prompt in responding to phone calls, texts and e-mails. She made us feel very comfortable throughout the sales process. Her experience and knowledge of the local market was indispensable. We were out of town sellers (we live in San Jose but the house was in San Mateo) and Judy saved us countless hours meeting with contractors and inspections on our behalf.

Judy Litteer was 'assigned' to us via our relocation coordinator's preferred partners. There was an immediate connection, and we saw no need to consider other Agents/Brokers. Judy was patient, attentive, and responsive, and asked excellent probing questions to drill down into what was really important for us in a new home. Her knowledge and insight were indispensable in navigating us through to a successful purchase on a beautiful new home in a nice area that appraised at our purchase price, even in this crazy 2021 Bay Area market. Kudos to great advice, and a job well done. Thank you Judy!

Before having Judy Litteer as my agent, I had a very pushy and unresponsive again. Judy was exactly what I was looking for in a agent. She's very friendly and attentive. I could contact Judy anytime of the day or evening and would respond right away. Her insight on the areas where I was looking for a home helped me to determine what I could afford and the best areas to live. Judy was able to put in offers very quickly and helped advise on a competitive offer to be considered. Judy made us feel very comfortable with offers made and kept us update on where there offer was throughout the bidding wars happening now. Without Judy, i don't believe we'd own the house we have now and in the most desirable places to live in the Bay Area.

Judy Litteer has consistently provided outstanding service in the renting, selling and buying of real estate for my family. Her knowledge of the local markets and her excellent advice and communication skills are unbeatable.

Judy Litteer paid careful attention to my needs and was always available by phone, email, text and in person. I appreciated her really understanding what I was looking for and narrowing down my choices. Judy is patient, helpful, trustworthy and really knows San Mateo County very well. She is particularly skilled at laying out the positives and negatives of a given property and helping you make an informed decision. Thank you Judy for your help in finding the right property and being available throughout the buying process.

Judy was the perfect realtor for us. Her excellent knowledge of the housing market and all about the business really helped us understand the system here in San Francisco. She explained really well and was always there for us when we needed her. The success of buying this particular house started when Judy suggested a short notice visit to see it....it was a Sunday just before my husband had to take a plane. If we hadn't done that, we would have probably been too late. In particular, she was extremely supportive when we had problems with the wire transfer to the escrow company and advised us really well. Judy also proactively informed us about everything to come after we owned the house, ie utilities, service companies etc. She also managed to calm us down when we got nervous about the bidding. We couldn't have been any happier with her, she was absolutely fabulous!!!!
