Elaine was so helpful in our search for our first home. She understood what we were looking for and had great advice on neighborhoods that matched our needs, highlighting the neighborhood where we ultimately bought near the beginning of our search. When we were actively looking she was available to show us homes and when we started making offers she helped us keep our bids well calibrated. We would definitely work with her again!

IFor me, it’s all about Tyler Einos. He was always there very responsive. Did all the legwork that I asked him to do to ferret out information about the area about the houses. We were looking at flood risk, taxes etc. He is very competent ,caring and a hard-working individual I would recommend him to anyone sincerely LARRY and Maryann Medeiros.

I can only say the entire process went better than it ever has before. I am thankful for all the efforts and flexibility shown by all involved. We literally reached out and purchased the house site unseen and were treated wonderfully. Since we plan on buying more property in the area once we sell our Southern California holdings, I can't wait to use Cocoran again.
