Joey did an excellent job for us. He advised us regarding preparation of our home for sale, doing an estate sale to facilitate downsizing, and pricing our home for sale.
He conducted a successful Open House, worked with potential buyers, and negotiated a mutually agreeable contract.
Joey was extremely professional throughout the process and we wholeheartedly recommend him.
Joey Greco is absolutely the best realtor I’ve ever used. His profound knowledge of the industry combined with his professionalism and eye for detail made this process so fast, easy, and profitable! We cannot thank you enough!
Joey has been great to work with. He is always full of energy and well prepared. He has helped me through difficult moments with the sale of my house, and he already has my referral to three other friends. His knowledge he has gained through years of experience and study has been so valuable during this process, and we have my next adventure looming ahead. He tries to be present whenever needed. 10 Stars to Joey Greco!
Joey was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly thorough, ensuring every part of the process was clearly explained. He took the time to address all my questions—along with ones I hadn’t even thought of—throughout the sale of my home. Joey’s patience stood out as he carefully walked me through all available options, making sure I was fully informed as a seller. I would highly recommend Joey to anyone looking to sell their home.
I am extremely happy I chose Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s to help me find my new home. Joey went above and beyond from day one. As a first time home buyer there were many things I was unfamiliar with. He made it a breeze. Each step was professionally communicated in a timely manner. World needs more people like Joey :)
Joey was absolutely fantastic. He was on top of everything and kept me updated on everything that needed to be done. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend him enough!
