Joey did an excellent job for us. He advised us regarding preparation of our home for sale, doing an estate sale to facilitate downsizing, and pricing our home for sale. He conducted a successful Open House, worked with potential buyers, and negotiated a mutually agreeable contract. Joey was extremely professional throughout the process and we wholeheartedly recommend him.
