Over the years Joann has been involced in helping us find suitable tenants for our condo. She always found reliable and trustmworthy folks for us to rent to. This pas year my wife and I decided to sell our condo, and again we contact Joann to list our property and find us a buyer.

Since we live in Toledo, Ohio and are not physicyally able to do all the necessary work to make it ready and saleable, we had to rely on Joann once again. And in doing so she far exceeded our greatest expectations. 

Over these past six months, since our condo has been listed with Watson Realty, Joann proceeded to find the necessary contractors to pain, clean and make all teh necessary repairs needed to sell it. Her online advertising, layouts, photos, and descriptions were amazing. She was always in contact with us throughout the entire process. Joann has also provided all the necessary paperwork, forms and directions required for a sucessful sale. 

She helped us arrive at a fair price while giving good discernment as to which offers we should accept or reject.

Joann's efforts in overcoming the condo market in Florida (which is in the toilet) worked to our benefit. The closing for our condo will take place within a week and we are more than satisfied with the buyer's offer.

Joann was incredible to work with! My realtor went out of town for a few weeks just before closing. I thought nothing of it, as this was our third purchase and we had never encountered any problems. Well, this sale was not that smooth. Joann picked up the ball and made sure that everything stayed on track (performing double duty for both the seller and the buyer). She was so wonderful to work with. Anything we needed, she was there. She met the inspectors for both the initial and re-inspection and was there for everything we needed.
