This letter is part of our testimony concerning Joann Pasquale of Watson Realty Corp. It is in reference to her proessional help and services regarding the sale of our condo Unit 513 Sandiron Circle, Ocean Links Condominiums, Ponte Vedre Beach, FL.
Over the years Joann has been involced in helping us find suitable tenants for our condo. She always found reliable and trustmworthy folks for us to rent to. This pas year my wife and I decided to sell our condo, and again we contact Joann to list our property and find us a buyer.
Since we live in Toledo, Ohio and are not physicyally able to do all the necessary work to make it ready and saleable, we had to rely on Joann once again. And in doing so she far exceeded our greatest expectations.
Over these past six months, since our condo has been listed with Watson Realty, Joann proceeded to find the necessary contractors to pain, clean and make all teh necessary repairs needed to sell it. Her online advertising, layouts, photos, and descriptions were amazing. She was always in contact with us throughout the entire process. Joann has also provided all the necessary paperwork, forms and directions required for a sucessful sale.
She helped us arrive at a fair price while giving good discernment as to which offers we should accept or reject.
Joann's efforts in overcoming the condo market in Florida (which is in the toilet) worked to our benefit. The closing for our condo will take place within a week and we are more than satisfied with the buyer's offer.
I woudl higihly recommend Joann Pasquale as your personal Real Estate Agent. She is great at what she does, and you can be sure she will go above and beyond your needs and expectations. Thank you again Joann.
I have had the pleasure of living  and volunteering at the beaches  for 20 years. Before moving to Florida, I was a teacher, and  counselor . Listening to  and solving people  problems has always been my profession.  My husband was a NFL coach,  so we moved all over  experiencing many cultures and lifestyles. One of the enrichments at the beaches is the number of people who have chosen to relocate to  North East Florida. I know I can relate to the complicated  and very individual decisions involved with buying and selling your dream home because I have been there. My goal is to find the unique home for each client offering the necessary lifestyle, education, and medical services  necessary at the  required financial threshold.   I always provide Professional services with Personal Attention in all details to make for an enjoyable experience and smooth transition. I grew up in New York and have degrees from Hunter , Hofstra , and Idaho State.   The area offers so many ways to meet, volunteer, and  associate  with those  in the community.  I have been a Realtor for 15 years, helping people make major life decisions. As a  beach resident, I  emphasize  we have  " A little bit of paradise".  I realize each client looks for a new home in a uniquely and  individual  way. It takes the necessary listening skills to understand what is important to the individual buyer. I can adjust a search to all price ranges. The Real Estate transaction requires the completion of many stages and many adjustments. I can smooth out the process for you. I will personally work with you through this process from beginning to end. I bring to you my knowledge of real estate trends and changes to offset the stress involved and make this  a smooth transition. Watson Realty provides you and I an extensive support system to handle any situation. My goal is to find you the best living arrangement, price point, and amenities so you will easily acclimate to  wonderful North East Florida.
