After showing the house in as-in condition to several potential buyers, he urged us to sell it off-market in as-is condition. The house was sold after only 5 days, at 20% over our offering price. The only glitch in the following procedure was the estate-sale company Jimmy suggested we consider. The job they did for us was OK except for their poor communication skills, which made the procedure much more stressful than it needed to be. Despite that problem, the work went so quickly that we were able to close the sale two weeks earlier than the original plan.
