Jim DeRentis has an incredible ability to understand what you need and to make it happen. I have bought a residence and a rental property with him, and just sold my first property. His guidance every step of the way made a confusing and challenging process simple - he always told me where, when and how to get what I needed. But it is the little touches - like having an extra smoke detector in the car when one failed inspection - that make him exceptional. I highly recommend working with him!

Jim DeRentis did an excellent job for me finding a house in Providence. The address is actually Pawtucket and it is just what I wanted.
