My wife and I would like to commend Jennifer on her diligence in selling our land. She kept us up to date on the progress and got the land sold! 

My need was a lot as I am planning for retirement in the next couple of years and want to build my dream home. After speaking with a half a dozen other realtors in NE GA and western SC, no one was interested and/or they would not call me back except for Jennifer. Upon meeting her for the first time, I felt comfortable as she, like me, is very straightforward. We worked well together. It wasn't easy finding the right lot that checked all my boxes but through her perseverance we did finally find that perfect lot, while at the same time if any lot didn't work out, she would say "let's keep looking". I truly believe that Jennifer would treat her clients the same whether they were buying a $10,000 lot or a million dollar home. Every sale to her was important, no matter the price tag. You don't find that in realtors anymore.
