I recently made the decision to sell some property that I owned in South Carolina and since I live out of state, in CT, the whole process seemed extremely daunting to me. A family member suggested I contact Coldwell Banker as they are well known and respected throughout the country. It was my extremely good fortune to be put in contact with Jennifer Winney when I finally made the call. She made the whole process seamless and stress free. I was amazed when I received an offer after only a few weeks on the market. From listing the property to negotiating the selling price and connecting me with an excellent attorney, her knowledge and experience was evident every step of the way. If I could, I would give her 10 stars for the excellent service she provided. I will refer her unequivocally to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area! A huge Thank You to Coldwell Banker and Jennifer Winney… you are truly the best! Linda
