On a few occasions she was put in the unfortunate position of needing to communicate unwelcome news related to things that were beyond her control (e.g. delays due to complications with permitting), and she did an excellent job of navigating those issues, advocating for me, and ensuring that I remained well informed. I would happily work with her again, and will recommend her highly if I know anyone who is in need of a real estate agent.

Jennifer has been very patient and never made me feel rushed or suggested to offer the maximum amount possible beyond my comfort level! She always made sure that the offer amount is within reasonable expectations and not out of emotion or frustration after multiple offers!
