At every opportunity, Max Hunt exceeded our expectations. He showed a sincere interest in our property, and found creative ways to spruce it up for sale. He found very reasonably priced contractors to work on our house, and he made all the arrangements for the work. Max even jumped in and did a fair amount of clean up work himself, at no extra charge. His communication was excellent, keeping us informed of progress, and answering questions very promptly. His marketing skills are evidenced by the numerous offers we received, and our very favorable final sales price. He has a solid team supporting him, and all interactions with them were also smooth and efficient. I would recommend Max to anyone, and I hope I have many opportunities to do so.

Working with Janine, Paul, and Max was an exceptional experience from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help me sell my home, especially given that I was managing everything from out of state. What could have been a stressful and complicated process felt seamless thanks to their professionalism, communication, and dedication. Their attention to detail gave us peace of mind. From coordinating vendors to their hands-on approach, they ensured nothing was overlooked. We always felt supported and confident that our home was in the best possible hands. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and committed real estate team.

Janine and her team did an outstanding job with our sale involving a probate and some negative disclosures. Janine was enthusiastic about our property, warm, and easy to work with. She helped us get our unit into top condition. After staging, it looked great, and marketing materials showed it well. Although it was a property on the lower end of the market, she and the team remained engaged, reaching out to potential buyers and agents, holding open houses every weekend even during a slow holiday period, and reporting back to us each time. They had excellent communications and were warm and attentive throughout. They set us up for a smooth escrow, making sure all our disclosures and documents were ready so that we closed ahead of time.
