Howard was the most professional and friendly realtor I have ever worked with. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a new home. He kept me well informed and answered every question I had, and there were a lot of them. Thank you Howard!

Howard was great. He marketed and priced my home to maximize my profit. He handled negotiations with the buyers realtor with professionalism, confidence and integrity. He communicated promptly and listened to my concerns and addressed them. I always felt that Howard was on my side. Overall I feel I made the best choice and am very happy with the outcome. I have already recommended Howard to a friend and will continue to do so to others.

My words for describing my experience with Howard will not be enough to describe what a wonderful person, broker, and and now Howard is. My first experience with Howard was amazing. Instead of getting the "quick sale" he sat and listened to me. Once he listened and knew what I was looking for he drove me to one development, introduced me to a builder, and within an hour I had the house I wanted. I have now moved in and I can say this is not only the house I wanted but the house I love! Thank you Howard!!!!

Finding a new home is a stressful and exciting experience, especially when relocating a family from another state. When we moved to Dallas 4 years ago we were blessed to have Howard represent us in our home search. Howard went out of his way and spent many hours finding and then negotiating the house of our dreams. No request was ever too much and Howard made our relocation so much easier than any of our other 4 relocations.

We bought our new-construction home with Howard as our agent. He asked for (and received!) upgrades to the property that we had not even considered! When it was time for us to relocate, Howard handled the sale of our home. His advice and strategy had our home sold in 2 weeks. My husband and I have moved many times in the past few years and we consider Howard the best realtor we have ever worked with.

Howard was fantastic for us. We recently bought a new construction home and he was integral to the purchase happening. We had lots of problems with the builder about completion dates and were totally lost. Howard really helped us navigate all the negotiations to agree a mutually beneficial arrangement with the builders. This was never going to happen until Howard with all his expertise and experience stepped in. I can't recommend him enough to go that extra mile for his clients and work hard for your interests to get you the best deal. You really need Howard on your side in this competitive market.

Four years ago, Howard Roth helped us sell our starter home and purchase another home in McKinney Texas. He sold our home in less than 2 days and walked us through purchasing a new build 1 week later. He was extremely professional and made sure the builders were fair. In April of 2015 we decided to relocate to the San Antonio area, so we called him again to sell our home. Once again, Howard gave us his undivided attention and worked to sell our home by summer. He priced our home to sell, yet made sure we walked away with a healthy profit. We put the house on the market and sold once again within days. Howard made sure our new buyers were accommodating as we had children in school and could not move till summer..... Another wonderful and stress free experience. Once in San Antonio, we decided to try our luck on a realtor referred to us by friends and family. Needless to say, the experience was HORRIBLE! We were in a new city with no home and our happiness turned to stress! We called Howard in Dallas and asked for help! He immediately answered our call and went straight to work on helping us find a home from across Texas! My husband and I decided on a new build. Via phone conference, Howard negotiated our contract with the builder. Even the builder was impressed on how well Howard knew the fine details of the contract presented! We got an awesome deal and we are very happy! Overall, Howard is an outstanding realtor that we highly recommend to anyone who wants to take the "worry" out if buying or selling a home. He is professional, friendly, personable and he truly cares about his clients!

We can not say enough great things about Howard! When we decided to start our search to buy property and build our dream home, Howard was recommended to us by another professional in the real estate business. His expertise in real estate helped guide us exactly to the perfect place to build our home. So naturally when we decided to sell our new home after living in it for only nine months to fulfill our dream to have a smaller home in Tx. and a vacation/investment place in the Caribbean, we did not hesitate to call Howard! Again he came to our aid, he put our house on the market and it sold in only six days. WOW!!! We would recommend Howard Roth for all your real estate needs. He is simply the best in the business. 5 Stars with us!!!

My husband and I were first time home buyers and had absolutely no idea what we were doing. Howard took the time to explain the process to us and also made sure that we chose a good home to start with. He looked for any issues the homes we looked at might have, and also put us in touch with the right people to get our closing done quick and painless. We recommended him to some friends and they also had a wonderful experience and closed on a brand new home that they love. He definitely loves his job, and it shows in the way he handles his clients!

I can't say enough good things about Howard's service and expertise. He got my wife and I into a new home as first time buyers and made every part of the experience simple and pleasant. I always recommend him to people that are in the market to buy.
