Four years ago, Howard Roth helped us sell our starter home and purchase another home in McKinney Texas. He sold our home in less than 2 days and walked us through purchasing a new build 1 week later. He was extremely professional and made sure the builders were fair. In April of 2015 we decided to relocate to the San Antonio area, so we called him again to sell our home. Once again, Howard gave us his undivided attention and worked to sell our home by summer. He priced our home to sell, yet made sure we walked away with a healthy profit. We put the house on the market and sold once again within days. Howard made sure our new buyers were accommodating as we had children in school and could not move till summer..... Another wonderful and stress free experience. Once in San Antonio, we decided to try our luck on a realtor referred to us by friends and family. Needless to say, the experience was HORRIBLE! We were in a new city with no home and our happiness turned to stress! We called Howard in Dallas and asked for help! He immediately answered our call and went straight to work on helping us find a home from across Texas! My husband and I decided on a new build. Via phone conference, Howard negotiated our contract with the builder. Even the builder was impressed on how well Howard knew the fine details of the contract presented! We got an awesome deal and we are very happy! Overall, Howard is an outstanding realtor that we highly recommend to anyone who wants to take the "worry" out if buying or selling a home. He is professional, friendly, personable and he truly cares about his clients!
