She was the reason we were able to close as scheduled because, 48 hours out, the closer for the closing company completely dropped the ball and hadn't responded to our inquiries about what funds we needed and in what form. Franziska advised us on how to handle it and was able to successfully get the info we needed to be able to close in time. This was within 24 hours of the closing date & time. Very stressful because of the closing company! I will also mention that Franziska has been very accommodating in terms of scheduling showings for houses we were interested in seeing. Regarding this transaction, we were ready to bid on one house that she had taken us through that afternoon - and had in fact, texted Franziska that we wanted to write up an offer on it - when we learned of another house nearby that we decided we wanted to see before writing up anything. So she came back out, like, 2 hours later, to see the second house and that is the one we ended up buying! If asked, we would certainly recommend Franziska!
