Working with Fanzisca was really great! She was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process much less stressful. Communication was always easy. She was patient, responsive, and so accommodating to our schedules. We never felt rushed or pressured, and she took the time to make sure we understood the market, the options and every step along the way. The only downside was the app used to view and track listing. It wasn’t very user-friendly and could be helpful to compare homes. But honestly, her outstanding support and personal attention more than made up for it!
