She made the whole buying and selling process so much less stressful. She had a list of vendor recs for everything, would meet at the property just to help with paint colors, kept us up to date constantly, and even got us personalized gifts I will cherish forever. I watched Liz work a miracle and jump through unimaginable hoops to sell my daughter’s home last year. Even though home sales are stagnant right now, I knew if anyone could sell my house it would be Liz. She evaluated my home, made recommendations, which I followed to the T and she sold my home in two days.
