I've know Denise for some time as she is a neighbor as well. This is the second property she has led the way for a sale for us. This is a tough market and she busted her tail getting it done. Plus she is great to work with as she brings great experience as well a sense of humor.

I have bought and sold may properties over the years, and have worked with many Realtors Denise is the best! She understands what I am looking for and finds it. She grew up in San Jose so she is an expert in Santa Clara County as well as Santa Cruz County (and probably others as well). A big thing for me is her attention to detail once we locate a property.. The writing of the contract and then keeping everything moving and anticipating problems. Some Realtors allow things to fall through the cracks causing sleepless nights, headaches and lost time and money. But not Denise.
