I have bought and sold may properties over the years, and have worked with many Realtors Denise is the best! She understands what I am looking for and finds it. She grew up in San Jose so she is an expert in Santa Clara County as well as Santa Cruz County (and probably others as well). A big  thing for me is her attention to detail once we locate a property.. The writing of the contract and then keeping everything moving and anticipating problems. Some Realtors allow things to fall through the cracks causing sleepless nights, headaches and lost time and money. But not Denise. She often surprises me by how hard she works Denise is alway available, upbeat, and processional with the highest integrity. I can't recommend her enough
