Debbie is a 3rd generation Realtor and follows in her parents and grandparents footsteps of consistency, integrity and perseverance. Before obtaining her real estate license, Debbie spent 6 years at a local title and escrow company learning all of the nuts and bolts of the homeownership process from behind the scenes. Whether I am helping a first time homebuyer enter into the exciting world of homeownership, a veteran realizing now is a great time to take advantage of their VA benefits, a growing family needing more space, an investor looking for that perfect income opportunity or a retired homeowner looking to downsize, I am honored to be the one they trust to assist them! With 25 years of experience in an ever changing and challenging real estate environment, Debbie remains steady and calm. She offers guidance, wisdom and friendship along the way. She is a 14 year member of her local BNI chapter with over 60 members who are all local Sonoma County business owners. This venue allows her the opportunity to get to know many different top-notch professionals with the same values, but in different fields. This further enables her to help clients by referring them to trusted sources for their needs in preparing their home for sale, legal and tax advice, and so much more. She truly believes that in order to buy or sell real estate, it takes the skill, patience, determination and trustworthiness of a power team, and prides herself on those relationships. Debbie's book of business is strongly weighted on her client referrals by family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc. that have had a successful real estate experience with her before. Debbie says receiving a referral like this is by far the best compliment and the testimonials I receive continuously from satisfied clients speak volumes. Debbie has lived in Sonoma County most of her life and loves everything about it. When she is not selling real estate and helping her clients, she enjoys road cycling, running, hiking, kayaking, camping and pickle ball. Spending time with her family including her husband, daughter and son and being with friends outdoors enjoying this gorgeous place she call home. Debbie's favorite quote Love What you Do, and Do What You Love!

My family recently purchased our 2nd home, and it was a long process because we were, frankly, looking for an impossible property. Neighborhood, but with a bit of space from neighbors. Low Maintenance, but with a pool. Updated, but not unaffordable. North of Santa Rosa, but not Cloverdale, and no flood concerns. Debbie found us that house. 3x the size of the house we were leaving at only $250K more than our ‘Kitschy starter home’ 16 years later. We could NEVER have done it without her. She is a fantastic real estate professional and person!
