We had a great and expeditious experience with the Yocum team. My husband and I needed to find a property to rent fast (less than a week) and Angie and Darin were able to schedule a tour, compile paperwork, and finalize other details quickly. Seriously lifesavers!
Darin was very upfront about everything and was looking out for me during the entire process. I was new to the process but he would guide me throughout the entire process and keep me up to date with everything. Very personable and easy to talk to. I am very happy with the house I am now living in thanks to Darin.
Daren is a very patient and knowledgeable RE agent. We recently moved from Canada to Texas and it was very appreciated to have more than a RE agent but a true local guide, trusted advisor and property “Value connoisseur”. Love the place he helped us to choose
Darin was absolutely fantastic and made us feel welcome at home the minute we met. Very professional and knowledgeable about real estate. In addition he helped us with multiple other resources including purchasing cars, handymen etc. Immigrating is extremely overwhelming and stressful but Darin made the whole rental process seamless.
Absolutely the BEST!! He was so knowledgeable, so patient, so nice and fun!! Helped us understand the process of buying a home (first time home buyers!). He pointed out important things to watch out for. He was so flexible with his schedule and even let us schedule stuff day of. Was very patient with us trying to find the perfect home. Honestly could not have asked for the more perfect guide during this whole process. Will definitely be using Darin in the future and will be recommending him to everyone we know moving to the area!!
