I cannot rate anyone higher than I would with Daniel Demasi. He was attentive, responsive, always there when you needed him and just a really good guy to work with. Further, he was knowledgeable about the market. I am glad to have met him to be able to work with him.

Janet gave me excellent advise regarding selling price and timing of the sale.

I used Dan for the sale of my house and I was very happy with the service he provided. Dan went above and beyond with the tasks performed as there were unexpected liens and boundary issues that he expertly navigated. We certainly could not have done it ourselves!

Hello....Dan Demasi was engaged by yours truly to effect sale of my residence of some 37 years at 903 Fairway Green...........Not only was he a delight to work with, he was innovative, pleasantly aggressive, most knowledgeable in all facets of the local market place, yet on top of every detail........and produced a most satisfactory result for all concerned. I would never hesitate to recommend his personalized realty services to any one seeking an A-1 real estate pro in need of effectuating either a sale or purchase of residential property in the Larchmont/ Mamaroneck area..........Should one engage his services, I am confident that the desired results would exceed expectations.........HRW

Dan was amazing - a true partner in the sale of our home. We were not living in the area, and Dan took on additional tasks and requests completely above and beyond what would be expected. He provided help with preparing the house for showing. He also gave excellent advice on contract offers and all went extremely well with the sale price and terms.

5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dan and Janet Rock !! This was our 4th transaction together since 2004. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Professional, Friendly and Kind… We recommend to all !!!

Dan Demasi was our agent when we sold our parent’s home early last year. Our parents had lived in the family home for close to fifty years and there was a lot of work to be done before it could be listed. Dan arranged for the various workers to come out to the house and made sure that the work was properly completed. He also arranged for the house to be staged. This was all such a blessing to our family as we live out of state, our father had just passed away and our mother is in a care facility. We cannot express how much we appreciated all of Dan’s hard work in getting the family home listed and sold. He is a top notch professional and we highly recommend him if you are looking for an agent to list and sell your home.

Dan assisted myself and my family when we were forced to move in a very short time frame because my previous landlord on the house we were renting decided to sell it during the height of the real estate market in the summer of 2021. Given a short time frame and also having two kids, Dan devoted extra time to our search showing myself (and many times my kids) what was available on the market (both rentals and houses for sale). We were able to make the landlord's demands and moved on time in the summer of 2021. I appreciated Dan's professionalism as well as his willingness to go the extra mile and I will definitely be working with him again in the future.
